Attention all foodies and restaurant lovers in Saginaw, TX! Get your taste buds ready because several new restaurants are coming to town in the near future. As a realtor, I am excited to see this growth in the restaurant industry in our city. Not only does it provide more options for dining out, but it also brings in potential buyers to the area.
One of the highly anticipated additions is the Cava Mediterranean Grill and Five Guys Burgers and Fries. These two fast-casual restaurants will be located right next to the Chipotle on Old Decatur Road. Cava Mediterranean Grill offers a variety of fresh, flavorful and healthy Mediterranean dishes. While Five Guys Burgers and Fries is a popular chain known for their delicious burgers, fries, and shakes. Both these restaurants cater to different tastes and will surely be a hit among locals.
But wait, there's more! At 325-329 N. Saginaw Boulevard, a new retail strip center is being constructed. This center will not only feature an Einstein Bros Bagel but also gives leasing opportunities for 11 other spaces. So, we can expect more new food joints to join our community. I cannot wait to see what other culinary delights will be added to this strip center.
If you're a fan of sit-down restaurants, then you'll be pleased to know that a new development called The Square is also in the works. This complex, located north of Walmart and behind GameStop, will not only have sit-down restaurants but also retail and multi-family housing. This is a great addition to our city and will surely add to the overall appeal of our community.
But that's not all, my food-loving friends! There are other exciting restaurants making their way to Saginaw. Los Albertos Mexican Restaurant will be moving into the former location of Guiso on Saginaw Boulevard. They currently have a location in Hurst and are known for their delicious Mexican dishes. And over at the North Town Center, Bag O' Crab is already in their soft opening. They offer a wide variety of seafood dishes and are already receiving positive reviews.
It's clear that Saginaw is quickly becoming a foodie's haven. With the addition of these new restaurants, we have more options for dining out and experiencing new and delicious cuisine. As a realtor, I believe this growth in the restaurant industry will attract more people to our city and bring in potential buyers.
